FISHING IN NEW JERSEY

Southern NJ is a beautifully diverse area and great place to be if you like to fish and enjoy being on the water. We have mile upon mile of tidal backwater creeks, large sounds, and access to the Atlantic. We fish in all those locations. Many unique wildlife species populate the marine environment. We are fortunate that NJ has a robust artificial reef program. The artificial reefs provide habitat for a variety of fish and other ocean life. That same habitat creates great fishing opportunities that change throughout the year. The reefs are made from all sorts of material, from concrete "reef balls" to old army tanks and intentionally sunk vessels.
